Very knowledgeable salesperson
Angus is a very knowledgeable salesperson. He was professional at all times. He communicated exceptionally well during the whole process from contract to settlement. He successfully faciliated negotiations between the seller and us for the purchase. I have no reservations about recommending him to assist for any property related matters. We look forwad to working with Angus in the future for purchasing investment properties.

Over a few years we considered options for the future direction of our property and Angus was always willing to provide his advice which was often 'don't sell'! We reached a crossroads at the end of 2016 and Angus brought us an 'off market' offer which, after brief negotiations, we were happy to accept. Angus has a strong network within the 4101 area and this, combined with his excellent market knowledge and honest, straight forward approach make him an agent we would highly recommend.

Angus is the real deal
Ive known angus for many years and hesitated to ask him to sell our unit as i thought it might be too small/too cheap for him considering he's usually sellibg multi million dollar homes. But Angus said nothing was beneath him and took it on. Gave me an accurate market place summary to enable us to mke an informed decision on what to lost it at and where to move the price to ensure a good sale price in an efficienr time frame. Always in contact and honestly couldnt have gone smoother.

House Purchase

A Consumate Professional
We sold and bought a new house with Angus. It was the seventh house I'd purchased and I would rate Angus as the best agent I've worked with. He knows the suburb intimately and over a long period, recalled the prices of each past sale and the motivations of the purchasers. He is genuinely passionate about his job, and not just interested in easy profit. He worked so hard to support the vendor of the house we bought, and we were impressed at the level of communication. We wouldn't use anyone else for West End.

To the point, no BS.
Recently purchased a property through Angus and couldn't be happier. Granted, the property sold itself but Angus knew that and didn't artificially fluff anything up as per some others. Just a very simple 'what you see is what you get' approach without the BS.

Angus Commins sold our house in West End recently. Both my husband and I found Angus an easy person with whom to communicate, and we believe he has a wealth of knowledge at his fingertips with regard to the local market. Angus kept us well informed about the level of interest in the house from week to week, and in the end was spot on with the price which was achieved. If we were in the lucky position to have another property to sell we would go back to Angus.
