Amazing communication and flexibility to fit in with us in our needs

Amy was rather accommodating meeting us after hours to suit our work time schedule. She was efficient and got everything sorted out there and then paperwork was in our inbox within 10 minutes. Amy and her team were efficient throughout the process and the turnaround was quick not just for paperwork but for everything else even after taking ownership of the property Amy was able to assist with Even even the smallest things. Supported from start to finish - Amy made it easy!

Amy recently sold my heritage apartment and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the beginning, she gave me lots of options and was always honest about what to expect - whether I was considering selling privately or going to market. She then worked really hard to negotiate the best possible outcome with the buyer. She explained every step clearly (even all the building terms I didn’t understand!) and was super patient with the process, which took longer due to strata delays outside of our control. Amy was always available, worked fast, and genuinely cared about getting me a result I could be happy with. Her attention to detail gave me real confidence throughout the process. Attentive and Thorough in all Aspects of the Sale

Paul was a good fit for us to work with and his professionalism was always at the centre of our dealings with his Agency. His initial valuation was perhaps a little high but the nature of our block was somewhat of an unknown as it had a Conservation Covenant attached. He was a reliable and attentive agent through the whole process and we would not hesitate to recommend him as a very honest, trust worthy and pleasant agent to work with.

An absolute super star!!

From the moment we decided to use Paul to sell our house he made the whole process really easy, no question was too big or too small.
