Donna showed us she knew the market conditions and gave us her opinion based on solid evidence when setting a price range. Donna gave us a sense of confidence that going to auction was the right strategy. She kept us informed after all the open houses and the price we got at the auction was what we expected. We have no hesitation in recommending Donna and her team.

Donna was recommended to me and I believe she was a perfect match for me in selling my home. Donna presented initially as someone who was as interested in me and my home, as she was in selling the home. Other agents I contacted were mainly focused on gaining the contract to sell. Throughout the selling period, about 4 weeks, Donna demonstrated a warmth and understanding of the selling process for the vendor, and a willingness to listen and review the strategies involved. At all times, Donna ensured that I felt a key player in the process, and that any reservations or concerns I may have had, were acknowledged and acted upon. Her professionalism was the key ingredient in our conversations, and her confidence in knowing the real estate market was reflected in her recommendations and decision-making throughout the selling period. Overall, Donna made the whole process, which included an auction, relatively worry-free for me, with a very pleasing sale price at the end. I am very happy to recommend Donna as a first-class real estate agent who has a warm heart and clever know-how to achieve the best result for the vendor.

Donna helped guide my partner and I through our first home purchase and first ever auction - we were very nervous, which is an understatement. Donna’s professionalism coupled with a genuine personal approach, helped ease our anxiety in the lead up, during and even after the purchase. At no point did we feel like just another number through the door. Donna’s team had the same approach and they were great to interact with from the very first open home right up to our purchase. They happily answered all questions and queries, provided timely feedback and addressed any concerns we may have had. We would recommend Donna and her team, whether it is as a buyer or a vendor.
