Donna called us after every open house to give feedback. We received reports weekly on Domain and Real Estate websites. Leading up to the Auction Donna was updating us daily on how many registered bidders and feedback. All the bidders were registered prior to Auction day. We are very happy with our results. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Donna lied to me about the contract, bullied me at the auction telling me that I had 30 minutes to complete payment or the auction would be re-opened. The sale price was unrealistic and a lot of people left the auction very disappointed and misled. She was unco-operative with keys on settlement. Also lied about what the previous owners were and weren't taking and when I queried her office I was told to contact my solicitor. Do not use Donna Spillane. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
