Miles above the Rest!
Donna Spillane's representation as agent for selling my Tighes Hill property was first class. From the moment the engagement commenced, her communication to myself as vendor and prospective purchasers was always up to date. I personally received weekly reports of every potential buyer that walked onto the property with their own feedback. The recommended strategy implemented to reel in as many bidders to the Auction proved successful. Donna's negotiation skills with buyers, brought to the table a final offer that we were absolutely thrilled with. Friendly and professional
Donna was very easy to talk to throughout the marketing campaign and seemed genuinely pleased for us when we were successful at auction. She was quick to respond to any queries and happy to accommodate our requests where possible. On the day of the auction she provided valuable assistance during the bidding process, but was not aggressive or pushy (which was a welcome change).

My husband and I were aware of Donna Spillane's excellent reputation in selling real estate and the main reason why we chose Donna and the team at Belle Property to sell our Unit. Once we actually engaged Donna's services, there was a clear and thoroughly explained strategy that enabled us to feel confident and at ease that our property would sell via auction. I can confidently say Donna and her team really do go above and beyond in terms of customer service. This was demonstrated by her regular phone calls each day providing a status update on the interest in the property as well as phone calls immediately after each open inspection in order to communicate buyer interest. As well as phone calls, valuable weekly feedback reports were emailed on a regular basis which helped to us to understand the number of enquiries and contracts issued and allowed us to feel in control and informed. On top of this, face to face weekly catchups were arranged in order for us to feel in control and to know that the decisions always remained with us the Client. Donna's guidance and advice was always professional, friendly and delivered with a strong sense of purpose and belief. Total commitment and attention to detail!
From the initial interviews of prospective real estate agents for the sale of our house it was clear Donna was the most prepared, driven and experienced agent for the sale of our house in Islington NSW. Her communication throughout the process was outstanding and we felt assured that every single opportunity was being explored to attract prospective buyers. She made it clear that there is no set ceiling for the price we aimed to achieve. She arranged the building and pest inspection as well as yard maintenance which was very helpful. The quality of the marketing and exposure to the market was excellent. The recommended stylist I feel definitely made a difference in the marketing photos and open houses which attracted over 200 people. This all culminated in a Newcastle record for the year of 20 registered bidders for our auction and an eventual result well over market guide. The auctioneer Gavan Reynolds was impressive. He knew so many selling points about the area and delivered a great pre auction critic. The auction moved swiftly afterwards and the bids flowed quickly under his direction to end with all bidders exhausted. We could not be happier with the services of Donna and her team and the eventual fantastic result.
