Once we actually engaged Donna's services, there was a clear and thoroughly explained strategy that enabled us to feel confident and at ease that our property would sell via auction. I can confidently say Donna and her team really do go above and beyond in terms of customer service. This was demonstrated by her regular phone calls each day providing a status update on the interest in the property as well as phone calls immediately after each open inspection in order to communicate buyer interest. As well as phone calls, valuable weekly feedback reports were emailed on a regular basis which helped to us to understand the number of enquiries and contracts issued and allowed us to feel in control and informed. On top of this, face to face weekly catchups were arranged in order for us to feel in control and to know that the decisions always remained with us the Client.
