Donna was very helpful in securing us with our first home. Our house was bought at auction but we made a pre-auction offer which caused some back and forth between us and the Vendor. Donna clearly explained each step of the process and was prompt with getting the information passed between the parties. After a detailed review of agents there was no other agent to select but Donna. I have had limited experience with Real Estate Agents and the experiences have not been very good. My daughter suggested that I try Donna as she had achieved a great result for another nearby property. I was very impressed and pleased with all aspects of the campaign.
