We had the pleasure of buying a property through Belle Property Newcastle. As soon as we met Donna we found her to be friendly and professional, that hasn't changed throughout the entire process. Nothing has been a problem, and we only wish we had found Donna sooner. Dealing with Donna Spillane has been a pleasure and we would very happily recommend Belle Property.

Donna was outstanding in every aspect getting our house to auction. This was reflected in the bidding & final price of the home. We couldn't have found a better agent! Congratulations Donna x.

From the get go Donna made it her business to be on the same page as myself, whilst keeping me informed of possible scenarios and outcomes based on my decisions. I never felt manipulated or pushed for fast outcomes. I always felt respected and valued as a customer. Donna got me the results I was hoping for and negotiated hard on my behalf. It was a pleasure to watch Donna at her work, she is highly skilled. I would recommend her to all my friends and anyone else who wants a genuine agent. Silva Osaki

The level of service I received from Donna Spillane at Belle Property was exemplary. Her approach to every aspect of the selling process – marketing, open house sessions, signage, etc – demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. This was matched by her genuine desire to work with people for the best outcome. I would strongly recommend Donna and her team at Belle Property to all sellers and buyers in the Newcastle real estate market.
