Our experience with Spinelli was extremely positive from start to finish. The process was managed smoothly and efficiently, with clear and timely communication throughout. Any requests or queries we had were addressed promptly, and we were kept regularly updated on the status of our application and lease. The team went out of the way to ensure the property was presented cleanly and well, and any issues raised were attended to quickly, making the transition into our new home much easier. We are truly grateful for the many accommodations made. The professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail demonstrated throughout the process made what can often be a stressful experience quite straightforward! As first-time landlords, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with our property managers. Paul was fantastic throughout the entire process — his communication and people skills were excellent, and he always made himself available to answer questions, offer advice, and help us better understand everything along the way. He had a great understanding of the rental market and provided rental estimates that were higher than other agencies we spoke to, while still being realistic and achievable. We were very happy to see those estimates successfully attained. Their rates and fees were also very competitive, which made the decision even easier. The rest of the team were also great to deal with — communication was always clear and prompt, and we were consistently kept in the loop. Thanks to their professionalism and efficiency, we were able to secure our first tenants very quickly and with minimal stress. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable property management team.
