I am delighted to have an attentive and obliging real estate agent as Spinelli. They are the best agents I have dealings with. I cannot speak highly enough of the girls and Paul Spinelli. Thank you again. Rachelle Dykstra.

Spinelli Real Estate
Tahlia was consistent with her open day commitments. She was great to communicate with and organised promptly to bring the right people to fix issues.
Spinelli Real Estate
Spinelli Real Estate demonstrated outstanding market knowledge from the very beginning. They provided an extensive and detailed report of comparable leases in the area, explained recent market trends clearly, and recommended a pricing strategy that was spot on — achieving a great result while still leasing the property quickly. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Adam and Tahlia were both incredibly responsive, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with. No question ever felt too small, and I always felt informed and supported. Their professionalism and organisation really stood out. As this was my first investment property, I was quite anxious going into it, but they genuinely cared about us and made the entire experience stress-free and seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Spinelli Real Estate to friends and family. If you’re looking for a smooth, well-managed experience with a team that truly knows what they’re doing, they’re the ones to go with.
