The experience with Ben has been great whether it’s through an email or phone or in person. He is professional and always on point. Communication has been the key factor of our settlement and it was translucent. Firstly I did send an email about our wonderful experience way back when we sold but happy to do the survey Ben was amazing kind, polite , had great communication skills on a regular basis , kept us in the loop all the way , he spoke to us in layman’s terms which was great as we had never sold a house before.
