The experience with Ben has been great whether it’s through an email or phone or in person. He is professional and always on point. Communication has been the key factor of our settlement and it was translucent. We never felt that we are being pushed or cornered for any decisions whether it’s making an offer or inspecting prior to the settlement. He has always been honest and has helped us liaising our requirements with the owners. To summarise it’s been a walk in a park for us through out the process.

Firstly I did send an email about our wonderful experience way back when we sold but happy to do the survey Ben was amazing kind, polite , had great communication skills on a regular basis , kept us in the loop all the way , he spoke to us in layman’s terms which was great as we had never sold a house before. We knew Ben from years before when he did an appraisal. His honesty and no pressure approach impressed us and trusted him to be professional. A fair price appraisal was better than a hyper inflated appraisal to win the job from other agents. Would definitely recommend him for other sales and no this isn’t a paid feedback .
