Initially, agent and their office were okay to deal with, but close the settlement there was a lack of communication and coordination. The property(Block of land) was delivered with extra rubbish on top of it and handed over not according to the contractual terms. Subodh and their office need to upskill their level of professionalism and at least should consider the contractual terms. Block was handed over with a lot of rubbish on it ( it was promised to be delivered in a clean and vacant condition). In spite of several reminders, they didn't do a good job.
