Pearl is excellent.

Very happy buyers!

This is not the first occasion I've worked with Pearl Todd on a property purchase for our clients. I would count Pearl as in my top 5 sales agents within Sydney as she manages to always place her Vendor first, whilst maintaining a relationship of integrity with buyers also. There are not many sales agents in Sydney like Pearl - if you're looking for an honourable, experienced sales agent in the LNS area then Pearl is your go to. Highly, highly recommended 10/10!

Could not recommend any better agent to sell your property

Mark was the key to selling our property for the price we wanted in a very short timeframe. He handled all the trade quotes, scheduling and inspections within a very short period before we went live with the listing. We were kept up to date with all the progress during and after the listing and received detailed updates after all the property inspections. He actively followed up all enquires and negotiated with the buyer to obtain the price we wanted and the property was sold within 3 weeks of listing where other properties have been on the market for a number of months. We would recommend Mark to anyone to sell their property.
