In a tough market she was able to guide us on how to maximise the value of the property and give it every opportunity for success, with the presentation, styling, full campaign with social media and database marketing all working together to create an outstanding outcome. Pearl has a terrific communication style, she was clear, honest and very accessible. After each open house she was through in her feedback and provide a comprehensive report weekly that detailed the results and key data points, while also outlining the strategy.
