When it came to selecting the agent to sell our family home, Glenn Foster impressed us with his industry qualifications and hands on experience over many years working in real estate in our local area. He was well supported by an excellent customer service team in their office who kept us well informed and up to date. He gave us a comprehensive explanation of the content of our sale contract. He provided us with an extensive list of past vendors willing to share their testimonials. He supplied comparisons of properties that had recently been sold in our area and the prices they achieved. He was upfront with the fees and additional costs we could expect to pay. He gave a realistic estimation of the expected selling price, guided us on the best time to go to market, outlined a sound sales strategy and the expected time frame. He informed us on what to expect in the selling process from appraisal, to cost effectively preparing for market, inspections, auction sale, contract exchange and settlement and guided us through that whole period as it played out. He attended at all of the open inspections and was available at all times to keep us up to date on the feedback from all buyers and interpret the data analysis from the online marketing sites to gauge how we were positioned in the current market. His auctioneer was professional, as were all of the agency's support team who attended onsite with Glenn on auction day, working extremely competently and confidently together to achieve a very pleasing outcome.

We can not speak highly enough of Pearl and Standen Estate Agents. Pearl was incredibly professional through the entire process. In a tough market she was able to guide us on how to maximise the value of the property and give it every opportunity for success, with the presentation, styling, full campaign with social media and database marketing all working together to create an outstanding outcome. Pearl has a terrific communication style, she was clear, honest and very accessible. After each open house she was through in her feedback and provide a comprehensive report weekly that detailed the results and key data points, while also outlining the strategy.
