Having bough a few investment properties in various areas, we've dealt with a fair amount of agents and can highly recommend Scott. He's genuine; hardworking and knowledgeable. Scott offered his assistance and advice without much chance of getting a sale as the property we were interested in had been sold. When it came back on the market, he contacted us immediately and was always accommodating to fit us in even at short notice. Excellent communication skills both by email and phone. At the same time, we dealt with another agent in the same area, who was impossible to get hold off; never returned calls even after we placed an offer. The property was sold to another party without us actually being informed. There's a lot to be said for working with the right agent, when you're investing in a major asset - Scott fully understands the investor's view point and is a pleasure to deal with. Scott would be our preferred agent, when it comes to reselling in the area.
