We asked Logan for advice on how to prepare or property for sale. He listened to us then shared his extensive views on possible markets and how to meet them through preparing our property. His suggestions were low cost but logical and obviously effective as were inundated with inspections and sold within 2 weeks at full price. Logan’s extensive experience in different markets together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills has made two sales for us in Stanthorpe, one standard house in town years ago and one private multi acreage “forever” home with views and want for nothing property sold to a fine young family. Life and challenging circumstances changed many times for us along the sale journey, however just like the first sale Logan with his team kept tenaciously at it finding the right buyer in a selling environment that clearly had elements of fear. I bought a house whilst interstate and locked down! Essentially, sight unseen. Logan was very helpful in trying to accomodate any requests I had. Whether that be him travelling to the address to confirm something on the property, or provide information that he had to source externally. I was quite happy with Logan and his company.
