Logan Steele from Stanthorpe Real Estate was the agent who sold 11 Spiller Lane to me in 2010. As a buyer I appreciated his professional, friendly manner and judicious advice even though I was a stranger to town (having left Stanthorpe 45 years earlier). Over the years I would see Logan around town and he always had time for a talk and was always upbeat and positive. Knowing that Logan had decades of experience in Real Estate in general and at least one decade of experience in the Stanthorpe market, we naturally chose him to sell our place recently. We trusted him completely to price the property correctly to maximize our return but not overprice it so buyers were not interested. The result was outstanding. The second couple who viewed the property were so impressed they immediately made an offer (over 99% of the Asking Price that Logan had recommended that we set). Indeed the whole sale process from Logan and his impressive colleague Jemma Tripp doing the valuation right through to settlement day was an excellent experience. Also, we feel that we have made lifelong friends with the buyers as a bonus to selling the house! My wife and I could not be more satisfied with Logan and Jemma and highly recommend them both to any future buyers in whatever jurisdiction that they are operating. We rate them 11/10 !!!!!
