Fantastic Experience
We are very pleased with the excellent service Justin Cohen provided for us in the lead up to the sale of our house, during the sale and post sale. Justin took the time to explain the process in great detail and provided us with the information we needed to prepare our home for the market. The commission for the sale was very reasonable as well as the cost for advertising. During the time our home was on the market, Justin kept us informed regularly so we knew exactly how the sale was progressing. He was pro-active in following up enquiries from prospective buyers as well as making contact with prospective buyers who attended the Open Home. Our house sold after one Open Home and within one week of going on the market. Thank you Justin for your professional approach, dedication and for making the whole experience so positive.
