Exemplary sales experience
Justin and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the sale of my property. From the very outset, Justin was prepared, considered, and enthusiastic in his approach to the sale and the manner in which he conducted himself both with myself and potential purchasers. His knowledge and experience shone through when advising on the best strategy to sell my property and when navigating the many questions put to him by potential purchasers. Brilliant result for sale of house in Penrith
I have known Justin Cohen for some years and had no qualms asking him to sell my Penrith investment property recently. To say I am ecstatic with the result is an understatement. He achieved a contracted sale of the house within 5 days of it being placed onto the market and achieved a sale price $70,000 more than I was budgeting for in my calculations. What a great result for me, the vendor. I would thoroughly recommend him to any contact I have to sell their homes.

A very good result selling a property in Cranebrook NSW 2749
I recently sold an investment property in Cranebrook NSW 2749 Justin Cohen from Stanton and Taylor Penrith headed the sale Justin and Greg Taylor were both very good to deal with They were up front with the pros and cons of the property, very knowledgeable of the local area, market and current prices The property was sold with limited Covid 19 restrictions in place which Justin and Greg handled very well I was extremely pleased to receive a price for the property which was greater than my expectations Justin was very good at over coming potential barriers to the buyers offering sound advice and helpful suggestions to both parties I think the good price I received for the property reflects Justin's professionalism and commitment and I recomend anyone thinking of selling in the Penrith area to talk to him
