They were scheduled and processed our application so fast. One thing to improve is that, would be better if any issues with the units to be rent resolved before handing over to the tenants. Issues like maintenance, swapping the keys and so on. In our case, they did such things after we moved in. Otherwise, it's great service and would love to recommend their services for others. Unprofessional, unnecessary, unreasonable and time wasting. Made to sign serveral pages of the lease agreement, my copy and agents copy; One contract, one signature. Can initial certain pages if needed. Had several pages of the lease agreement read out. I can read it in my own time. Asserting authority on how I should pay rent and how I should live in my rental. I dont need to be told how to look after the property. Agents want to make up rules and impose them, enforce them onto the tenant. If this was a legal requirement every realestate agent would have to do it. I should put a complaint into fair trading.
