Unprofessional, unnecessary, unreasonable and time wasting. Made to sign serveral pages of the lease agreement, my copy and agents copy; One contract, one signature. Can initial certain pages if needed. Had several pages of the lease agreement read out. I can read it in my own time. Asserting authority on how I should pay rent and how I should live in my rental. I dont need to be told how to look after the property. Agents want to make up rules and impose them, enforce them onto the tenant. If this was a legal requirement every realestate agent would have to do it. I should put a complaint into fair trading.
