Vinesh was upfront, honest and punctual from day one. His enthusiasm to the advantages this property offered to buyers who came through was truly appreciated. Without Vinesh driving this forward I would not have been able to sell within the price guide. Not once did he try to "hussle" down the price to make his job easier. This is the distinction between a great agent vs the hundreds of mediocre ones around. The dedication to get this across the line, made a world of difference. If you are looking for an agent who will go above and beyond to ensure buyers are assisted quickly, promptly and turn up on time this is your agent. Nothing was too hard for Vinesh, and it was not uncommon for him to take buyers through on the same day they made contact or stay back if they were running late. There was an overwhelmingly high number of people who went through this property approx 50 (I think) and Starr Partners handled this seamlessly. The other staff at Starr Partners who assisted were also very efficient and courteous. A big thank you to the team Greg, Ali, Maya, Vinuka and Elliott (auctioneer) who were fantastic.
