My experience with other Agent was bad because I gave the good location of my property to the agent continuously for 3 months and he didn't sell my propproperty and he dodged it and when I gave it to Vinesh he gave me every detail of the property every week and sold it on the 2nd time, which showed me he's a hard worker and does his job with great mindset and communicates well, which really highlighted a great impression to me. He's a well mannered and nice agent, who's good to talk to and when asking anything to him (if having misunderstandings ) he will give great data and correct information which will cleared doubts of any owner.

We initially made contact with Greg more than 12 months ago to enquire about possible sale of our house in Regents Park, it’s likely market value and an overview of the processes involved in selling a house. Greg was recommended by a friend. Fast forward to this year, we were ready to sell with a short advertising period as we had already bought another house. Greg was able to give excellent advice about how to prepare our house for sale (no stylists necessary, just tidy the house for minimal visual clutter). He supported us with detailed weekly reports on how many people had visited the house, level of interest, positive and negative feedback from viewers etc. The overall period of time from initial agreement to sell, to the actual auction was 4 weeks. Greg was in contact about requests for house visits, details about processes entailed in the auction and specific information about possible scenarios that can occur at auction. We were not present for the auction but were kept informed by simultaneous phone call. Greg was friendly, professional at all times, clear in describing the processes involved and was never intrusive or demanding of our time. He took care when bringing buyers to our house, locking and unlocking after each visit, and supervising people in our home. We have no hesitation in recommending Greg at Starr Partners in Auburn for sale of a house.
