We had chose Daniel as an out of area agent. Many had adviced against this however we found Daniel and his team to be great to deal with. In a market which what beginning to become difficult he achieved the result we needed. At the time homes were sitting for a few months but we were listed and offer accepted with in 2 weeks. We also come up against a very difficult tenant who was making demands and threats which I had not come across before. Daniel delt with with in a professional manner and got a great result.
