I chose Starr Partners because they were superior in their services provided and real professional from the get Go! I have had the pleasure of having Tennille Stone and Brigid Bradbury, act as the Property Managers for my property. If there is any issue they get on top of it immediately, by keeping me updated with what is going on in a prompt manner and can-do attitude. They are both Stars and a gem to work with! Tennille S. has been absolutely wonderful to work with and has gone above and beyond to help me re-list my property on the rental market. Tennille is responsive to emails, messages and phone calls including after hours as we are in different time zones. She has accelerated minor remediation works that were required in order to have the property back on the market as soon as possible. Her reliability, knowledge and approach have given me confidence that her work can be trusted. I have to say we are so lucky being able to rent through star partners again and even more so having Tennille as our Property manager. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I went with Star Partners to manage my Campbelltown property. So far really I'm happy with their level service. Tennille is probably one of the very few property managers out there who's highly proactive in terms of communication and gets shit done quickly. Within a day of listing, they'd already gotten a bunch of bookings. Before going with them, I did inquire with other agencies and I noticed most would highly over approximate the rent, hoping I'd get sold. However after doing research, I felt like Tennille's estimate was the more accurate out of the bunch. Their fees are also on the more affordable side, with no comprise to the quality of service :D
