As a first time landlord it can be quite daunting finding an agent and then going through the process of leasing your property. Stacey is my Property Manager. She has found tenants twice for me within 2 weeks. Her inspections are always done on time with detailed reports and photos. I did have an issue with my very first tenants and my worst fears nightmares could have been worse if I did not have Stacey assisting me through the journey. I am forever grateful for her guidance and advice. I am very happy with Starr Partners Campbelltown however I believe that Stacey was the contributing factor. D

From the first phone call the staff at Starr Partners have been informative, helpful, reassuring and fantastic. We came in with lots of questions as we had not rented a property out before and had heard of all these bad experiences about renters from other people. From my first initial contact with Tennille I just felt this feeling of relief, she went above and beyond for me to secure the idea property! Was always approachable and contactable and never hesitated to respond or answer any questions I had. I felt as I was being treated as an equal, not just a tenant. I had encountered a few minor issues at the beginning of the tenancy! I called the office and to my surprise Elton the business owner assisted throughout.. with even a follow up text! I was quite shocked to receive the level of assistance I did as I have never experienced it in the past I am very much looking forward to a long lasting tenancy with Starr Partners Campbelltown.
