Firstly I'd like to say Elton deserves more than 5 stars. After 2 months attending many open homes and speaking with agents,im glad I went with him for my purchase. He was fast to respond to my initial enquiry,set up a private viewing on the same day. Spoke to me on a personal level and did his best to get the best outcome for me the buyer(and also the seller). Everything felt right and I immediately felt secure knowing he was doing his best for both parties involved. I can't recommend him enough to anyone,I know if I ever sold or bought another home in future,I would be contacting him first. He is knowledgeable and professional,without the ego and greed of other agents I dealt with. He has made my dream a reality. I'm sure he can do the same for others.

He explained the selling process very clearly, the steps that would be taken to sell my property including preparation, inspections & open house, marketing and promotion, and negotiation. He provided and explained all documentation and explained the current market conditions so I could form an idea of what to expect.
