If you want your house sold quickly and you are looking for a quick settlement, then listed to Elton. We had a fantastic first open day with 36 registered couples. One and a half hours later, Elton had over a dozen buyers and about half of those had offers that were within our expectations. He negotiated with these buyers until he was left with three only. He explained the merits of each buyer and we decided to accept the third-best offer based on our needs. It was very important to us that our real estate agent was honest not just for us but also for the buyer. We wanted to do the right thing in every respect.
