Overall we were not satisfied with the result of Elton through the sale of our investment property. We found Elton, like other clients via this Rate my Agent website. Reading all his reviews is what we based our decision on. On your first open house, we recieved our highest offer - although this sale did not eventuate. The proceeding two weeks Elton was unavailable due to family commitments, and another real estate agent stood in on his behalf. This did not yeld any positive returns. Eventually Elton then return from leave and negotiated the sale of our property, $5000 less than the original offer. We requested a re-negotiation on the sale contract due to Eltons absence for that period of time, although this was refused. Overall the best communication we recieved was to sign the sale contracts, then it decreased dramatically there after. As much as we would like to say he is a great real estate agent, sadly we did not experience it....
