Being the first time my wife and I had sold a house we initially thought the whole process would be difficult and daunting. We spoke to a number of real estate agents and decided on going with Starr Partners. Our main reasons for deciding on Starr Partners were the excellent communication particularly with our agent, Jeff. Also we found it appealing that Starr Partners had an in house contractor who could do some "fix ups" on our house. This was extremely helpful, given that we now live a long way from the house we were selling and couldn't do any of the work ourselves. Due to the current market we were expecting a good response and this was exceeded, given Jeff's extensive contact list and great organisation the open house went very well and we couldn't be happier with the sale price achieved. Overall we were very pleased with the outcome and ease of the process.

My dealings with Starr Partners came about through originally buying the house via Starr Partners many years ago. I thought I would go with the same agency based on my first experience which was great.
