The team at Starr Partners were excellent in offering their services to my partner and I as we were in the process of relocating interstate. Gloria and co were all very supportive, kind, understanding and respectful of our circumstance and made the inspection and rental process as easy as possible as they were easily able to accommodate for our situation and provide us with a fair and equal opportunity. Sean came out to our property and took care of the rental agreement. Initially I thought he was very "salesman like" BUT it only took me another ten minutes to realise that he was just a really super nice guy. He was honest, upfront, and didn't hide any of the fine details. He always answered his phone when we rang him. Once the rental has commenced, Isabelle had taken over our property management. She's very thorough and really attentive to our tenants needs. Happy tenants makes for a happy landlord. I'm still impressed by the team.

Starr has really good service and customer friendly. We had been looking for apartments for a while and had been frustrated with the process.
