We have lived in a few different properties over the years with different Real Estate's, these other agents are always nice to you when you're applying to move in but after you've moved in and signed the contract, that is where the friendliness and support stops and are almost never contactable; however; Starr Partners Merrylands has been a very different experience, their agents and team have been easy to keep in touch with and they provide continuous support and communication, very family friendly and organise repairs and maintenance promptly.
