This is the first time I have been selected as a tenant after ariving in Australia. Me and my wife were looking for a property badly. We have made a lot of inspections around the city. We have tried in every possible way to get a place to live in. As we are here with some limitations, we were in need a property where everything will be convenient for us. Fortunately we got an opportunity to inspect the property 4/36 treves street which location is very much suitable for us. After making the inspection we were determined to get the house for us. We have talk to the manager, we have called several times to the agent. Finaly we got the property and we are happy now. The agent who was present during the inspection was awesome. The property manager ‘Rachel Hulme’ is a fantastic lady to help us at all the stages of the process. She was patient to us as we were making lot of call to her. She responded very well to us. We are happy to get the property. Hope this will be continued in future.
