I have had my investment property managed by Starr Partners for 20 years and always had great service and help fixing up those small issues that arise from time to time. Tenant left in January and after speaking to my agent - Parul Tandon - who has always been excellent and on the ball - decided to change from carpet to floorboards. She had looked at rental trends and informed me they were on the up and to get top dollar I needed to make the change. In just 9 days the tenant left, she organised the flooring at a very decent price, had it installed despite strata permission being slow, advertised and let to a new tenant at a much better rent. That's service.
