Outstanding Agent Who Never Gives Up – Highly Recommended
David Lao is extremely proactive and one of the best real estate professionals I’ve worked with over the years. Having dealt with many agents when buying and selling property, David truly stands out. David Lao was an excellent agent, who achieved a higher price than anyone would have expected.
Nothing was too much trouble for David. His advice was sound, without unnessary embellishment. He worked to obtain the best price possible, to set our elderly mum up in a lovely retirement home. He communicated well and knew the market exceptionally well. After one open home he obtained 8 offers. We wanted a quick settlement and he obtained this for us. We also found David to be really down to earth and likeable. He diligently kept in touch with me over several years, knowing we wanted to sell when mum was ready to downsize. This was done in a helpful way, advising us of market trends rather than being pushy.
