Nothing was too much trouble for David. His advice was sound, without unnessary embellishment. He worked to obtain the best price possible, to set our elderly mum up in a lovely retirement home. He communicated well and knew the market exceptionally well. After one open home he obtained 8 offers. We wanted a quick settlement and he obtained this for us. We also found David to be really down to earth and likeable. He diligently kept in touch with me over several years, knowing we wanted to sell when mum was ready to downsize.
