Very professional , clear respectful communication with the buyer, would highly recommend.
As a first home buyer the process was quiet daunting, At each of the listening I attended and Ray was at he was approachable, knowledgeable of the market in the area and the process was explained clearly to myself. Ray was available throughout this process to answer any questions I had no matter how small. Ray was fantastic how he assisted me in the process of submitting my offer for the unit I purchased. Ray was professional in his approach to potential buyers in his response to there questions both before and after listings.

Could not recommend Ramin highly enough
We would not hestiate in recommending Ramin if you wish to sell your property. His knowledge of the area and the market was execptional. He listened and advised us of the best way to move forward in selling my mums property. My mum had a few specific requests which he did not hestiate in complying with. He kept us updated constantly in regards to offers and made the whole process so easier and seamless. My mother could not be happier with the result and we cannot thank Ramin enough for all his help, understanding and guidence in selling her property, which has been in her family for over 60 years.
