I've now used Ramin's services twice for 2 separate properties. In 2016, Ramin took on my property from another agent who failed to sell it in months. The other agent promised me an inflated price but Ramin was honest with his evaluation. Ramin promised me the best experience and for the property to be sold in 2 weeks. He not old sold the property in that time frame but also sold for more than the price range. In 2024, I reached out to Ramin for my second property and he was on the ball. Got me on the market as soon as possible. Worked me with me on realistic and honest figures, then sold the property above my expectations. Again, he kept to his commitment of selling within 2 weeks. I will never use another agent. I have full confidence and trust in Ramin.
