All the hard work and arranging was handled superbly, it was a very low stress process
Lauren's Market Knowledge is superb, not only did she predicted a price range well above our expectations, she delivered. The final sale price was much more than we hoped for mainly due to her superior negotiation skills. Being an inter-state seller, we were not available to chase the loose ends up. Laure took care of all the details and kept well informed every step of the way.
