Lauren helped us buy the property with great knowledge, friendliness and experience of the surrounding locality. It's not always an easy job for an agent with sometimes difficult vendors (not that our vendor was) in selling their property. Firstly I must congratulate Lauren's reading of the market, her knowledge of the type / demographic that would be interested in the property from either an investor or owner occupier perspective. I was kept informed at all stages of the process with regular verbal updates. When the property was first offered for sale and didn't get the traction it should have, Lauren provided guidance as to the best price to reset at. She was then able to achieve the highest point, that is the top of the range $. I cannot speak highly enough of her knowledge, dedication and customer service.
