Hi Dean. We were totally surprised that this property sold so quickly and easily, the clients easy to get along with and the extra they are are paying is a bonus. So thank you very much. Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to rate you as above, as we have never met you, seen you, know you or heard from you. We heard from Seka but would have liked some updates from you as the sale went along. We are well aware that the early stages of buying/selling are difficult but a little info on how the other property and their buyer was going would have been reassuring.
