Helpful and knowledgable with the area.
Rhonda was always helpful and open minded when we were trying to achieve the best price for our house, she knew the market. She worked with us to negotiate the best deal with the purchaser. I would recommend Rhonda to my family and friends.

Excellent service
Thanks Daniel for the hard work on selling my property. The ability to sell a place that is run of the mill property is a lot harder and shows the ability to recognise the available market. Also the rental department of S&L were fantastic over the period we had it rented with you.

Not entirely happy
My initial contact with the agency was with a different agent who did not follow through or return phone calls. I signed the contract and the owners wanted a 40 day settlement but the agent did not give me signed contracts. This meant I could not proceed to the bank for my loan. I put my full trust in the agent as my settlement occurred whilst overseas. I have recently discovered that the washing line is broken. There was a bad water leak under the kitchen sink. There was no cold water in the laundry. There was a lawn mower left in the garage which I was happy about until I started it and petrol started spewing out. The rear security door was off its hinges and I was advised it would be fixed. It wasn't done. I am disappointed that I was misled as the agent must have been aware of these issues. Although Daniel was very pleasant and did follow through I feel I was misled.

Daniel is a fantastic agent.
Daniel has been our property agent for a number of years, I highly recommend Daniel and his staff at Stockdale & Leggo, his professional approach in preparing us to where the market is and what to expect is second to none, he was correct on all levels and successful in securing a sale within the first two weeks being put on the market, I highly recommend Daniel, you will not be disappointed.
