When we first purchased our Unit, Richard was the Agent the Vendor was using. We found him extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs, especially the viewing out of hours. When it came time for us to sell the same Unit, we had no hesitation in contacting Richard and Stockdale and Leggo, Glenroy, for him to be our Agent to help us sell our Unit. I commissioned Richard Imbesi of Stockdale & Leggo, on the 7 June 2018, to sell my house in Glenroy. I based my decision on his valuation of the house, his reasonable commission, and we both agreed it should be sold privately. Within a week, the house and property were nicely photographed and advertised online, and a large advertising board was positioned at the front of the property. By the following week, Richard reported strong buyer interest during inspections and four buyer requests for section 32 of the contract were made available to them. During the next week, on the 24 June 2018, Richard informed us that a buyer offer had been made for the property. Richard had been given a strong competitive offer from a buyer that I found acceptable and the house was sold on the 25 June 2018. I am very happy with the result because it occurred smoothly and speedily and Richard always responded promptly to my requests for information and he quickly kept me advised of any developments.
