Lilian was really supportive through the entire process. Helped us with getting the tradesmen to bring the house up to a high level. Put us in contact with various people to get staging and other things done. Constantly was in communication with us in regards to preparation of the house, inspection turnouts and even gave us really good advice. Lilian treated us like family and thus we had a very good outcome. On the day of the auction all of Lilian’s staff were very helpful and the auction was carried out at the highest level while conducting themselves in a professional manner.
