Richard was open with what he thought he could achieve with the sale of the home and I appreciated this candidness and honesty and throughout the marketing and auction process, he revealed that his knowledge of the marketplace was accurate as he achieved a far better result than we expected. I was impressed that Richard showed a genuine empathy with his elderly client and did not show any sign of pushy arrogance nor was he condescending with her confusion throughout the entire process.
