I interviewed a number of agents to sell my Glenroy home and was impressed with Richard because of his market knowledge, experience and strong communication skills. I saw an auction of his and felt very confident he would do his best to get a great outcome for me. On Auction day, the heavens opened up and Richard conducted the auction in the garage out of the rain. I was extremely impressed with his style and getting the bids and keeping the auction moving. Overall very happy and highly recommend!

We listed our property with another agent initially and after a couple of months, realised that we had made a mistake. A friend had mentioned that he had a very good experience with Richard so we got in touch with him and after our first meeting, we felt like we were in good hands. His market knowledge was excellent and he was very clued-up with property zoning and what buyers were looking for. He provided us with a buyer within 7 days of our meeting and without having marketed the property through the usual channels (web etc.). If you want the job done, Richard is the one.

Richard sold my property off market (he was confident he could do that - meaning money saved on advertising, staging etc) and for a price that we agreed on prior. This was achieved in a fairly short time frame as well. His communication in keeping me up to date on the progress of things was outstanding and I was promptly informed of any new developments, especially once the contract was signed. Very happy with the result Richard achieved and I would highly recommend his services to anyone buying or selling.
