Richard was reassuring and knowledgeable, honest and realistic throughout our whole campaign and auction. He patiently answered questions and addressed our concerns every single time. He made time to see us even when he was booked up, on one occasion even meeting us after 9pm at our request. He took ownership of our sale and was the single point of contact from valuation, inspections and as auctioneer.
