Mark and his son, Daniel, helped us sell our family home for a great price. We were out of state and relied on their excellent communication skills to bridge the distance for us. They always kept us up to date on the market and buyer interest. We would recommend them without reservation. If you use their stylist, Kylie, get some second opinions on what types of small, quick improvements could be made to help maximize profit (e.g. interior paint, window curtains, floors, etc). Kylie is a good stylist and her price was very competitive, but we are glad we went ahead with some quick fixer-uppers that she thought were unnecessary but two other stylists both recommended and helped us organise as part of their quote! In the end, we have no doubt those finishing touches, along with the styling, made a big difference in the selling price.

I highly recommend Richard to anyone looking to sell. From our first meeting until the day of the auction I felt very comfortable in dealing with him and being a local he knew the area well.
