Sunny and his associate Locky were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them. After meeting them at various open for inspections as a buyer, they both presented very professionally and demonstrated extensive knowledge of the market (both rental and sales). I was very impressed on how they handled prospective buyers and both were very approachable (unlike other real estate agents I met in the area). I initially got them as my rental property managers for a property in the area, but after discussions Sunny was confident that he could sell my property at the price I wanted - which I didn't believe, but decided to try anyway. If I didn't get the price, it's up for rent - so there was no risk involved. Within 2 days, he managed to get an offer at the price I was after. Even before the first scheduled inspection.
