Sunny was made well aware that Estate Agents were not high on my list of credible professionals. Unlike the majority of Agents he made no attempt to con but laid everything out in a straight forward manner, leaving all the decisions up to both myself & my neighbour (we were selling the houses together) as to how we wanted to proceed. We had spoken to a typical Agent prior to engaging Sunny. Not enthusiastic about the original Agent I contacted a developer mate who knew the area, he fully endorsed Sunny as the only Agent in the Laverton area worth dealing with...''whatever price you want Sunny will better it." This proved very prophetic as Sunny bettered our not negotiable net selling price. At all times both he and his spear carrier Loky Spearing kept us up to date with any interest being shown in the properties and any movement from those who were interested. I was in no hurry to sell and on the information given to Sunny he made it clear that it would be sold but it could take over six months, the property was listed early February 2017 and sold early May 2017. As vendors we required at least a six month settling period without any subject to finance etc. clauses. Sunny took it in his stride and with the minimum of fuss sold the properties to our satisfaction.
